The number one reason for the frequent formation of mold is too much moisture in individual rooms. The constantly increasing living comfort is not particularly innocent in this. Because above all by:

Glass, for example, is usually easy to clean, whereas infested plaster or plasterboard usually have to be milled or chipped away. Insulation materials should also be generously replaced in affected areas. In addition, damp building components must be dried or removed. If these components are already infested with mold, only professional removal will help.

Here, the greatest caution is required and only advisable to have the remediation done by professionals. In the case of amateurish removal or treatment, it can quickly come back to the formation of mold.
