Statics and heat protection measure

Structural evidence of statics and thermal insulation includes all arithmetic, graphic and textual documents that prove compliance with the general requirements for construction in a building project. Depending on the type of building, this evidence must be submitted by experts or experts before the building permit is granted or before construction begins. During the construction work, a state-approved expert can convince himself through random checks, for example with regard to thermal insulation, that the structural systems and their energy-related equipment are being erected in accordance with the evidence. After completing the work, the specialist contractor must declare that the requirements have been met.

Statistical evidence

The structural analysis has the calculation and dimensioning of the supporting structure of a building with regard to:

  • The own weight
  • Assumed traffic loads
  • Wind and snow loads
  • Derivation of the resulting loads into the subsoil
  • Deformation

The state building regulations of the individual federal states provide for the statics to be checked for most structures. This test is carried out by the building authorities or by state-approved experts.

Thermal insulation certificate

With the Energy Saving Ordinance EnEV 2014, the legislature set minimum standards for reducing energy consumption in buildings.
Part of the thermal insulation certificate are:

  • Energy requirement calculation
  • Ventilation concept
  • Proof of summer heat protection
  • Moisture calculations

We plan all the necessary components and optimize them in coordination with the executing trades and partners. To do this, we create all the necessary calculations and drawings for our customers quickly and reliably in accordance with the current legal situation.
